- 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 1 large pkg. or 2 small pkg. orange gelatin
- 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 (3/4 c.) thawed Cool Whip
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 c. Angel Flake coconut
Directions

1Drain pineapple, reserving liquid.

2Add cold water to make 1 cup.

3Stir boiling water into gelatin in a large bowl (2 minutes to completely dissolve).

4Stir in measured liquid.

5Refrigerate until slightly thickened.

6Stir in whipped topping; stir until smooth.

7Refrigerate until mixture will mound (about 10 minutes). Stir in oranges, pineapple, marshmallows and coconut.

8Pour into mold or molds.

9Refrigerate until firm.
