- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained
- 1 3/4 c. thawed Cool Whip
- 1 (8 serving size) pkg. orange Jell-O
- 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut (optional)
Directions

1Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add cold water to juice to measure 1 cup.

2Stir boiling water into Jell-O in large bowl until completely dissolved. Stir in measured liquid.

3Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Stir in whipped topping until smooth. Stir in pineapple, oranges, marshmallows and coconut. Spoon into mold. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
