- 180 grams Butter
- 130 grams Brown sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 170 grams Cake flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 teaspons Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 250 grams Oatmeal
- 130 grams Raisins
Directions

1Bring butter to room temperature so it will be easy to use.

2Mix the eggs and vanilla extract.

3Cream the butter with a hand mixer, then add brown sugar.

4Mix well until the mixture becomes white and thick.

5Add the mixture of the eggs and vanilla extract from Step 1, and mix well.

6It becomes thicker and heavy at this point.

7Change to a wooden spatula.

8Add the dry ingredients in one go, and fold in.

9Add oatmeal and raisins, and fold in with a cutting motion.
