Cooked warm rice; 1 head thin sliced lettuce; 2 c. Diced tomatoes; 1 c. Minced carrots; 1 c. Onions; 1 c. Sunflower seeds; 1 c. Sliced ripe olives; 1 c. Diced green peppers; 1 c. Diced celery; 1 1/2 c. Shredded cheddar cheese; 1 c. Crumbled cooked bacon; 11 ounce Newman's Own salsa

In skillet, brown grnd beef with taco seasoning.

Add in Sockarooni sauce; heat to boiling.

Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, till most of the liquid evaporates.

Mix crushed crackers & tortilla chips in bowl.

Place grnd beef mix, rice and remaining ingredients in individual bowls.
