Ingredients
- 2 cup warm water
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 6 cup bread flour
Directions

1Dissolve sugar in warm water

2Stir in yeast

3Proof until mixture resembles creamy foam

4Add salt and oil, stir

5Stir in bread flour a cup at a time

6Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth

7Allow to rise in oiled bowl at least one hour covered with cloth

8Punch down, knead on lightly floured surface for 1 minute

9Divide dough into loaves, place in well oiled loave pans

10Allow to rise at least 30 minutes, or until desired size, no more than an hour

11Bake at 350 for 30 minutes

12Cool in pan 15 minutes, remove from pan and cool for 1 to 2 hours before slicing
