  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 3/4 c. cornmeal
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • cap full vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. milk

    Place rod-iron skillet with 1/4 cup vegetable oil in oven to be heating while mixing other ingredients.
