  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. anchovy paste
  • 1/2 c. minced parsley
  • 3 Tbsp. chives
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
  • salt and pepper
