- 2 Tbsp. shortening
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
Directions

1Sift flour and add sugar and shortening.

3Soften yeast in warm water and add buttermilk.

4Mix and knead well on floured surface.

5Place in refrigerator in covered bowl.
