- 5 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. oil or butter
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 pkg. yeast in 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Mix flour, oil and sugar, then add buttermilk and yeast.

2Stir good.

3Put it in a bowl and set in refrigerator and it will rise. You can use as much as you want until used up.

4Work up as you do any biscuits and bake at 450° for 10 to 15 minutes.
