- 1 pkg. RapidRise yeast
- 1/3 c. warm water
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. buttermilk
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water and set aside.

2Mix the dry ingredients in the order given, cutting the oil in.

3Add the buttermilk and yeast mixture.

4Blend thoroughly.

5Make dough into biscuits.

6Place into a warm, greased pan.

7Let rise 20 to 30 minutes. cook in hot oven (400°) until brown.

8This dough can be stored in the refrigerator for several days if desired.
