  • 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. sugar less 2 Tbsp.
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet morsels

Directions

    Add vanilla to egg whites and beat until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar beating until stiff. Fold in the morsels. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Using heaping kitchen teaspoon, spoon dough onto parchment paper leaving 2-inches between each cookie. Bake at 300° for 20 minutes.
