- 1 (3 oz.) box strawberry flavored gelatin
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 c. vanilla ice cream
- 1 (10 oz.) box frozen strawberries, partially thawed
- 1 angel food cake, cut horizontally in 3 layers
- 1 (8 oz.) carton reduced calorie nondairy whipped topping, thawed
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin in hot water.

2Add ice cream and strawberries. Stir until ice cream melts. Chill until thickened, approximately 20 minutes. Spread strawberry mixture between layers of cake; chill 4 hours.

3Before serving, frost cake with whipped topping.
