- 1 (3 oz.) box strawberry jello
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 c. vanilla ice cream
- 1 (10 oz.) box frozen strawberries
- 1 angel food cake, cut horizontally in 3 layers
- 1 (8 oz.) carton nondairy whipped topping, thawed
Directions

1Dissolve jello in hot water.

2Add ice cream and strawberries. Stir until ice cream melts.

3Chill until thickened, approximately 20 minutes.

4Spread strawberry mixture between layers of cake. Chill 4 hours.

5Before serving, frost with whipped topping.
