  • 4 egg whites
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder

  • 1 medium kiwi, peeled, sliced
  • 1/2 cup canned mandarin orange segments, drained

    Preheat oven to 325F.

    Coarsely chop 6 of the cookies; set aside.

    Beat egg whites in medium bowl with electric mixer on high speed until soft peaks form.

    Combine sugar and baking powder; gradually add to egg whites, beating until stiff peaks form.

    Gently stir in chopped cookies.

    Arrange remaining 8 cookies on bottom of lightly greased 9-inch pie plate; top with egg white mixture.
