- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Beat egg white in small bowl at medium speed for 2 minutes. Boil sugar, corn syrup and water to hard boil stage or until it forms a thread when poured from spoon.

2Pour hot syrup in beaten egg white while beating at high speed.

3Combine with egg white (already in stiff peak) until it stands up in peaks.

4Add vanilla and mix.

5Spread on cooled cake.
