- 1 c. sugar
- 16 Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Beat egg whites until foamy and add cream of tartar.

2Beat until stiff or holds a peak.

3Gradually add sugar; add vanilla and chopped pecans.

4Fold in cracker crumbs.

5Pour into slightly buttered pie pan.

6Bake at 325° for 35 minutes.
