Ingredients

  • 1 c. cold milk
  • 1 envelope Knox gelatine
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 egg yolks, beaten
  • dash of salt
  • 1 can Milnot, whipped
  • 3 egg whites, beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 18 graham crackers
  • 1/2 c. sugar

Directions

    Mix milk, gelatine and sugar. Soak 1/2 hour.

    Add yolks, sugar and salt to gelatine mixture and cook until thickened. Stir constantly.

    Let cool. Add whipped cream and fold in egg whites and vanilla. Crush the graham crackers.

    Put half of the crumbs in bottom of dish, then pudding mixture, then rest of crumbs on top. Chill before serving.
