  • 1/2 loaf bread
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 can shredded coconut

Directions

    Remove crust from bread and cut into cubes.

    Place in an oblong baking dish. Pour milk over bread cubes and gently mix. Add coconut and mix gently.

    Spread some coconut on top.

    Put in 350° oven until coconut is lightly toasted.

    Cool and cut into squares.
