  • 8 to 10 potatoes
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. sour cream
  • salt
  • garlic salt
  • onion salt

Directions

    Cook potatoes and mash as usual.

    Mix mashed potatoes with cream cheese and sour cream.

    Add salt, garlic salt and onion salt to taste.

    Bake, covered, for 1/2 to 1 hour at 325° to 350°. Sprinkle paprika, if desired, or grate cheese on top.
