  • 9-inch graham cracker crust
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • dash of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • Topping (recipe follows)
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and salt. Mix well until blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Place graham crust tin on a baking sheet (to prevent spills). Pour in cream cheese mixture. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean.
