  • 15 ounces creamed corn
  • 8 1/2 ounces cornbread mix (Jiffy is one brand this size, called corn muffin mix)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • 1 pinch garlic powder

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    Mix everything together and pour into a greased 11x7x2 inch casserole.

    Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden and the sides are darkish.
