Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 can (7 oz) tuna in olive oil, drained and flaked
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 None green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 None chorizo sausage
  • None None Marinated olives and crusty bread, to serve

Directions

    Combine beans, vinegar and oil in a food processor; process until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl. Stir in tuna, cilantro and onions; season to taste.

    Preheat a grill pan or skillet on high heat. Cook chorizo for 4 mins, until browned. Slice.

    Serve dip and warm chorizo slices with olives and crusty bread.
