- 2 deep-dish crusts, frozen
- 1 pkg. Polish sausage, cut in pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 c. green peppers, chopped
- 1 Stouffer's spinach souffle
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 2 (8 oz.) Colby cheese, grated
Directions

1Set crust aside to thaw.

2In skillet, saute next 4 ingredients.

3Cook until all is soft.

4Add spinach souffle; cook until all is hot.

5While this is cooking, heat pie crusts for 2 minutes. Mix eggs and milk in blender.

6Place meat mixture in crust.

7Cover with cheese evenly.

8Add egg mixture.

9Pat down cheese with fork.

10Bake at 325° for about 45 minutes.
