  • 2 deep-dish crusts, frozen
  • 1 pkg. Polish sausage, cut in pieces
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 c. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 c. green peppers, chopped
  • 1 Stouffer's spinach souffle
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 (8 oz.) Colby cheese, grated

Directions

    Set crust aside to thaw.

    In skillet, saute next 4 ingredients.

    Cook until all is soft.

    Add spinach souffle; cook until all is hot.

    While this is cooking, heat pie crusts for 2 minutes. Mix eggs and milk in blender.

    Place meat mixture in crust.

    Cover with cheese evenly.

    Add egg mixture.

    Pat down cheese with fork.

    Bake at 325° for about 45 minutes.
