- 3/4 c. soy sauce
- 3/4 c. water
- 2 small cloves garlic, mashed
- 2 tsp. ground ginger
- 3 lb. ground chuck or round
Directions

1Combine first four ingredients, mix until blended.

2Add meat and blend lightly but thoroughly.

3Form meatballs, about 1-inch diameter.

4Arrange in a single layer in large baking pan.

5Put into slow oven (275°) and bake, uncovered, about 15 minutes.

6Turn once during baking.

7If you don't have chafing dish or heated pan to serve, turn to lowest setting and keep warm while serving others.

8Serve with toothpicks.

9Makes about 175 appetizers.
