  • 1 lb. Italian sausage
  • 2 lb. fresh mushrooms (medium)
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • 1 tsp. oregano

Directions

    Remove stems from mushrooms.

    Wash and drain.

    Stuff mushroom caps with raw sausage.

    Smooth off until even.

    Place in covered casserole, right side up, and bake for 20 minutes at 400°.
