- 2 medium shredded carrots
- 1 medium shredded apple
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 13 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 14 cup water
- 12 cup sunflower seeds
- 12 cup cranberries
- 14 cup raisins
Directions

1Combine carrot, apple, sugar, and oil in medium mixing bowl.

2Add in baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon to mix and stir until well mixed inches.

3Combine flour and oats to mix.

4Once that is mixed together add in egg and egg white and water.

5Then finally stir in raisins, cranberries, and sunflower seeds.

6Pour in non-stick bread loaf pan and bake at 350F for 50 minutes.
