Ingredients
- 2 c. sliced celery
- 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 3/4 c. hot water
- 1 Tbsp. instant bouillon or 3 cubes (chicken)
- 12 c. dry bread crumbs
- 3 c. chopped apple
- 1 c. toasted, skinned almonds
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. rubbed sage
Directions

1In large skillet, cook celery and onion in margarine until tender.

2Add water and bouillon.

3Cook unti bouillon dissolves. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients.

4Add bouillon mixture.

5Mix well.

6Loosely stuff turkey just before roasting. Place remaining stuffing in greased baking dish.

7Cover.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until hot.
