- 1 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. oatmeal
- 1/3 c. butter
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 1/2 c. sliced apples
- 1 c. white sugar
Directions

1Sift flour and salt together.

2Add brown sugar and oatmeal. Cut in butter.

3Spread half in pan and press.

4Dot with butter. Spread apples and sprinkle with regular sugar.

5Cover with remaining crumbs.

6In 8 x 8 pan bake in 350° oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
