  • 1 c. margarine, softened
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 small can coconut
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can apple pie filling
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

Directions

    Mix margarine, yellow cake mix and coconut.

    Press into an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Spread the can of apple pie filling over the mixture pressed in the pan.

    Mix the sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle it over the apple pie filling.

    Beat egg, then mix it with the sour cream and spread it over the sugar and cinnamon. Bake in a 350° oven for about 35 minutes or until done.
