  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. chopped apples
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Beat together cooking oil, 2 cups sugar and eggs.

    Stir in 1 cup chopped nuts (optional), vanilla and apple.

    Sift together flour, soda, salt, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and nutmeg.

    Stir all together.

    Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
