- 3 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped nuts (I use walnuts)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 14 cups oil
- 2 chopped apples
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

2Mix together all ingredients until well blended in large bowl.

3Pour batter into 2 greased loaf pans.

4Bake for about 1 hour.

5I leave the skins on the apples; and I have also substituted wheat flour and its just as good, but a little healthier!
