Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (I use walnuts)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 14 cups oil
  • 2 chopped apples

Directions

    Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

    Mix together all ingredients until well blended in large bowl.

    Pour batter into 2 greased loaf pans.

    Bake for about 1 hour.

    I leave the skins on the apples; and I have also substituted wheat flour and its just as good, but a little healthier!
