- 25 g yeast
- 50 g butter
- 150 ml milk
- 2 pinches salt (2ml)
- 3 tablespoons golden syrup
- 350 -400 g flour
- 100 ml applesauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 45 g chopped almonds
- 45 g coconut flakes
Directions

1Crumble the yeast into a bowl.

2Melt the butter and pour it to the milk.

3Pour the milk/butter to the yeast and stir till it is melted.

4Add the salt and syrup.

5Add the flour little by little.

6Fill the dough into small cupcake-forms and place them on a baking-plate.

7Press a dent into the buns.

8Mix the apple puree and vanilla and fill it into the hole.

9Let the buns proof for 30-40 minutes.

10(do not cover with a towel as the filling is very sticky).

11Brush them with a mixed egg and sprinkle with the topping .

12Bake them in the middle of the oven at 250C - around 8 minutes.

13Let them cool off (with out towel).

14Can be put into the freezer.
-
15When they are filled into the forms- they will look like you have done something wrong- but after proofing they will look fine.
