Ingredients

  • 16 c. apples
  • 8 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 tsp. allspice

Directions

    Cook apples and run through sieve or food processor.

    Add all ingredients and cook for 1 1/2 hours on low heat.

    Fill jars and place in hot water.
  4. 4
    Boil to assure sealing of lids (30 minutes).
