- 18 c. Apple pulp
- 1 c. Apple cider vinegar
- 8 c. Sugar, if apples are tart Less if apples are sweet
- 4 Tbsp. Cinnamon, or possibly more if needed
Directions

1Quarter apples and cook till mushy.

2Put through colander or possibly food mill till you get 18 c. of pulp.

3Put all ingredients in saucepot and cook on medium for 3-4 hrs, or possibly til thickened, stirring frequently.

4Put in jars and seal immediately.
