  • 18 c. Apple pulp
  • 1 c. Apple cider vinegar
  • 8 c. Sugar, if apples are tart Less if apples are sweet
  • 4 Tbsp. Cinnamon, or possibly more if needed

Directions

    Quarter apples and cook till mushy.

    Put through colander or possibly food mill till you get 18 c. of pulp.

    Put all ingredients in saucepot and cook on medium for 3-4 hrs, or possibly til thickened, stirring frequently.

    Put in jars and seal immediately.
