- 8 c. cooked mashed apples
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 3 tsp. allspice
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
Directions

1Peel, core and slice apples.

2Add enough water to cook soft. blend in blender until smooth.

3Add all ingredients and cook at least 2 hours on slow burner.

4Stir frequently to prevent burning. Pour into sterilized jars to within half inch of top.

5Put on caps and screw band tight.

6Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
