- 1/2 cups Butter, Softened
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1-1/2 cup Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 cup Diced Apples
- 1/2 cups Butterscotch Chips
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 F.

2In a large bowl using an electric mixer, beat together the butter and sugar until creamed. Then mix in the egg and vanilla. Mix well.

3In a separate bowl mix together flour, baking powder and salt. Add dry ingredients into the butter and sugar mixture. Mix well. Add apples and butterscotch chips and mix to combine. Mixture will be thick.

4Pat the dough into a greased 8x8-inch pan. Bake for 17-20 minutes or until lightly golden on top.

5Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
