  • 5 cups Shredded Cabbage, carrots, onions, etc
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple
  • 1 bunch Green Onions
  • 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard

Directions

    Combine veggies & apple in a bowl.

    Combine remaining ingredience in a small sauce pan.

    Bring to a boil, simmer until sugar is disolved.

    While still hot, pour over veggies.

    Cover & refrigerate about 2 hours.
