  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 c. chopped apples
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp. baking powder

    Mix all dry ingredients.

    Mix eggs, oil and vanilla with dry ingredients.

    Grease and flour pan, 9 x 13-inch.
