  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 can or pkg. coconut
  • 1 can sliced apples
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 large sour cream
  • 2 egg yolks

Directions

    Mix together cake mix, margarine (cut up in small pieces) and coconut.

    Press into a 9 x 12-inch pan and bake in oven until brown.

    Remove and place apples on crust in pan.
  4. 4
    Mix together cinnamon and sugar and pour on top of apples.
  5. 5
    Mix egg yolks and sour cream and pour on top of cake.

    Bake in oven at 375° about 30 minutes.
