  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 c. diced apples
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar

Directions

    Mix together sugars, eggs, milk, flour, soda, salt and baking powder.

    Add apples.

    Bake in floured and greased dish. Sprinkle with pecans and brown sugar.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until done.
