  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. soda

Directions

    Mix first four ingredients and set aside.

    Mix rest of ingredients and add to apple mixture.

    Stir with a spoon.

    Spread into cake pan.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top.
