- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 c. oil
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3 c. chopped, peeled apples
- 2 c. chopped black walnuts
- Cream Cheese Frosting
Directions

1Combine flour, salt, soda, sugar and cinnamon in large bowl; mix well.

2Beat vanilla, oil and eggs in small mixer bowl until foamy.

3Add to flour mixture; mix well.

4Stir in apples and walnuts.

5Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

7Spread with Cream Cheese Frosting.
