- 1 small apple, cut into 24 slices Safeway 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 24 woven wheat crackers
Directions

1Heat oven to 350F.

2Cut cheese into 12 slices; cut each slice crosswise in half.

3Cut each apple slice in half.

4Mix sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl.

5Add apples; toss to coat.

6Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet.

7Top with apples and cheese, layering cheese between apples.
