Apple & Cheese Bake

  • 1-1/2 cup Pure Apple Juice
  • 6 whole Apples, Peeled, Cored, Sliced
  • 2 dashes Cinnamon
  • 1 dash Nutmeg
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

    In a 9x12x3 inch baking dish, add apple juice, sliced apples (I use a mandoline to slice apples), cinnamon, and nutmeg. Gently stir. Add cheddar cheese evenly across the top and cover with aluminum foil.

    Bake 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes to crisp up the top of the cheese.
