- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 pkg. flaky biscuits
- 3 or 4 Granny Smith apples
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
- caramel ice cream topping
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a small bowl.

3Mix until smooth.

4Set aside.

5Separate and layer biscuits on a cookie sheet.

6Flatten with hands or a rolling pin.

7Peel, core and chop apples.

8Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over biscuits.

9Top with chopped apples.

10Sprinkle with chopped pecans.

11Drizzle caramel topping over top.
