- 7 each crackers round mill lunch
- 20 ounces apples presliced, unsweetened, drained
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons raisins, seedless
- 1 cup cottage cheese (low-fat 1%)
- 1 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk, skim
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F (180C).

2Arrange crackers in an 8-inch nonstick cake pan, 6 in a circle and 1 in the center (crackers need not be touching).

3Stir apples, sugar, sugar substitute, cinnamon, and raisins together and spoon over crackers.

4In covered blender, beat cottage cheese, egg, and milk smooth.

5Pour over apples.

6Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven.

7Serve warm or chilled.
