- 4 tart apples
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 (40 oz.) can pitted sour red cherries, drained
- 1 (17 1/2 oz.) pkg. puff pastry sheets
Directions

1Pare, core and slice apples.

2Add cherries.

3Mix dry ingredients.

4Cut puff pastry sheet into 4 squares.

5Arrange apple-cherry mixture on pastry.

6Sprinkle with dry ingredients; top with dots of butter.

7Fold pastry to form triangle.

8Seal edges.

9Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes.

10Serve with vanilla ice cream.
