  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. pecan meats
  • 5 c. shredded apples

    Cream together eggs, sugar and Wesson oil.

    Sift dry ingredients together.

    Mix thoroughly with other ingredients. Bake in oven preheated to 300° about 1 hour in large loaf pan (tube pan.)
