- 10 Red Apples
- 1 gallon Water
- 4 sticks (small) Mexican Cinnamon
- 6 whole Cloves
- 1/2 teaspoons Nutmeg
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
Directions

1Put all ingredients except for the sugar in a large stockpot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 5 hours.

2Strain the apple cider into a pitcher. Mashing the apple chunks to get all the juice out. Add sugar to the pitcher and stir util dissolved.

3Serve warm. When cool, store in the refrigerator. Can also be served cold.
