- 1 cup Butter, Softened At Room Temperature
- 1-1/2 cup Sugar
- 3 whole Eggs
- 4 cups Flour
- 1-1/2 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 cups Apple Cider
- 2 cups Apples, Peeled, Cored And Chopped
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray and flour 2 loaf pans or 18 muffin cups.

2Cream butter and sugar with a mixer. Add the eggs and cream thoroughly. Combine the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add this to the egg mixture. Mix.

3Add the apple cider 1 cup at a time. Combine. Stir in the chopped apples.

4Divide the batter between the loaf pans. Bake 50-70 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. If you are making the muffins, they will need to bake 30-35 minutes.
