  • 1 cup Butter, Softened At Room Temperature
  • 1-1/2 cup Sugar
  • 3 whole Eggs
  • 4 cups Flour
  • 1-1/2 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 cups Apple Cider
  • 2 cups Apples, Peeled, Cored And Chopped

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray and flour 2 loaf pans or 18 muffin cups.

    Cream butter and sugar with a mixer. Add the eggs and cream thoroughly. Combine the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add this to the egg mixture. Mix.

    Add the apple cider 1 cup at a time. Combine. Stir in the chopped apples.

    Divide the batter between the loaf pans. Bake 50-70 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. If you are making the muffins, they will need to bake 30-35 minutes.
